Used to Connect the camera to the PC of the thermal imaging driver if the USB cable after thermal imager is connected to the computer, Connect or SmartView cannot identify thermal imager, you will need to manually install thermal imager on computer drivers.
You must have system administrator privileges on the computer to complete the following steps.
Installation of thermal imager drivers (1) use a USB cable connect the thermal imager to computer.
(2) on the computer to open the device manager.
(3) find the equipment.
Equipment is marked as may be unknown, or in port (
COM and LPT)
Section is marked as the USB serial port (
If the correct driver installation, equipment parts, will be displayed in the network adapter and include RNDIS device name.
(4) found in the device manager after equipment, with the right mouse button click on the device name, and select update driver.
(5) when the update driver window opens, select the browse my computer option.
6. If the computer has been installed SmartView, please navigate to the following location: 32 PC: C: Program Files SmartView 4.

Connect TIRNDIS W7, then select 'ok'.
Install driver, the equipment will be displayed in the network adapters section, and include RNDIS device name.
Connect and SmartView will identify thermal imager.
